The new Olympus OM-D E-M1X

I mentioned that I thought there had been a slight improvement to file quality at high ISO's over the MKll but this is I believe quite hard to quantify.  However the bottom line is that for a camera with a relatively small sensor, they are really impressive and give me more than enough detail for my needs which include on occasions taking pictures up to A2 in size.  This new camera boasts even better image stabilisation, a whopping 7 stops.  It is truly remarkable. Why is this so good?  Well, it is a good idea when using cameras with small sensor to keep your ISO as low as you can, so for static subjects like a perched Barn Owl I was able to keep the ISO at 200 for best quality.  The vertical grip with its associated joystick for moving the focus point allows you to seamlessly switch from landscape to portrait when needed.
